LEARN ABOUT
MODERN BODY

Modern Body retreats was born from my therapeutic bodywork practice and decades of studying a multitude of wellness practices. Over years of using self-care practices for longevity and health in my own life as well as teaching massage students and client's how to perform self-care techniques themselves, I've witnessed how simple and easy self-care practices can make a big impact on people's health and well-being.
